Looking Ahead...

Hello loves,

I haven’t been very great on here recently, and I am ready to make a change! I know my schedule is hectic with my new job and sleeping schedule, but I knew if I didn’t set something in stone nothing would ever get done. So, I set up a little schedule so I can set time aside to dedicate to my blog.

As a journalism student, I was given the opportunity to blog for Drake Magazine, my college magazine. It helped me figure out better ways to work with my writing and create an appeal for an audience. Since I wasn’t able to find an internship for the summer, I would still like to work on my “journalistic” pieces that are more general style trends, not necessarily just what I love. So, I decided to create a style/beauty related post every Tuesday for you all. This could be anything from style tips to summer trends. I hope you enjoy these!

I would still like to give you guys a little taste of what’s going on in my life and my style choices, so I am planning on uploading a weekly life post, OOTD, or any other update every Thursday or Friday. I will get in the swing of things next week, but will be a little messed up again since I will be in Chicago June 12-16! This will be my only vacation this summer, and I am excited to be in a city I’ve never been and catch up with my friend from college for a few days! If you live in Chicago or have been there, what are some places I need to check out?
